The General Member categories are:

Individual: $150 (1 adult, voting)

Family: $300 (2 adult spouses, both entitled to vote)

Lifetime: $5,000 (2 adult spouses, both entitled to vote for their respective lifetimes)

Associate: $75 (1 adult, non-voting)
